In December 2020, Universal Pictures officially announced a Van Helsing reboot . This project is being produced by horror master James Wan ( The Conjuring , Insidious ) and directed by Julius Avery ( Overlord ).
The original 2004 Van Helsing , directed by Stephen Sommers, was intended to launch a major franchise. Universal Pictures even kept the sets standing in Transylvania in anticipation of a sequel. However, while the film was a modest box office success, critical reviews were mixed, and the studio ultimately scrapped plans for a direct second installment.
While you won't find a "Van Helsing 2" with Hugh Jackman on Afilmywap or official theaters, the Universal Monsters brand is active. The upcoming reboot produced by James Wan aims to follow the successful "standalone" model used by The Invisible Man (2020), focusing on gothic horror rather than a massive interconnected universe. Outdoor play is different from indoor play as it tends to involve children feeling more freedom, being more physically active, moving their bodies in different ways, and playing differently than they would inside. The outdoors can offer more variety of play environments and loose parts (e.g., sticks, rocks, buckets, sand, crates) to move around, allowing their imagination to shape their play. Children need daily outdoor play opportunities for their development, physical health, and well-being.
