This is often caused by high network traffic or insufficient PC hardware. Try lowering the stream quality in the Live View window from "Main Stream" to "Sub Stream" to reduce bandwidth usage.

Find your NVR in the list, check the box next to it, and click .
Enter the NVR's IP address or the P2P serial number found in the NVR's network settings. Do you know the brand or model of your NVR
Select IP/Domain if you are on the same network or have a static IP. Select SN (Serial Number) if you are setting up remote viewing via P2P.
