Navigate through the extracted folders until you find the one named 00000002 . This folder contains the actual DLC-style content files. Launch Xenia Canary . Go to File > Install Content .

It is highly recommended to use the Xenia Canary build rather than the Master build, as it offers better compatibility for the Forza series and supports content installation more reliably.
